Digital Age Solutions (DAS) is providing and managing the IT Service Desk for the NY Bureau.  DAS has been managing the IT infrastructure of the NY Bureau since 2013.

You can contact the IT Service Desk 24 hours a day 7 days a week

What if I need help with my mobile device (e.g. smartphone)?

DAS IT Service desk can assist you with basic setup needs on your smartphone

Do I need to contact the IT Service Desk in order to install a software package?

No, unless you need help installing the software.

I need to buy a software package. How do I do that?

PC Updates

How often do I need to run Windows update to keep my PC secure and up to date?

The new IT Support Service will automatically keep your PC up to date and will notify you if you need to reboot your machine to finish any installation.
